"Have owned Porsches since 1972 and Porsche Annapolis Service Center is head and shoulders above all German dealers (and you know what I mean). Hugo (my service rep) was not only very knowledgeable (he had also been to the Porsche factory and to PCNA HQ in Atlanta) and very much service oriented. I was given a loaner car on short notice for the multi-hour oil change and the installation of several software updates. Hugo is the kind of a professional with whom you would want to trust with your "rocket ship!" Hugo kept me updated, my car was HAND washed and Hugo and I traded a few Porsche stories before I headed home. I would very much recommend this dealer and, of course, the marquee."

"Driving through Annapolis, I ended up hitting something and blowing a tire. They got me setup with a tow company to grab my car. A tech also stayed late to get us back on the road. Absolutely great service, even on a McLaren!"

"Called to schedule standard 60K service on my Cayenne. Was told it was a two hour service. So I opted to wait rather than get a loaner. On arrival I attempted to confirm the 2 hour expectation. Was then told 2.5 hours. Went to waiting room. Very comfortable but TV didn't work. After 3 hours went to check on progress and was told it would be another 30 minutes if they skipped the wash. In short not a luxury car experience."
