"This review is long over due. I got my first truck(2012 f150 5.0) used from a dealer so I brought it to mikes to get checked out to make sure everything is working okay. About an hour after I dropped it off I get a call and they want to show me my truck, When I arrived they let me in the back where my truck was on a lift and I was able to walk under it and see everything. One of the very nice workers there walked me through everything about the truck, Gave me a lot of advise on buying used vehicles and told me next time I can bring it in the shop to get it check before I buy it. He then then showed me what I needed to fix to make it perform better and a estimated price. First thing was Front rotors and pads which I got scheduled and they got finished in one day. Which is crazy for how much rust was on this thing. Next thing was exhaust manifolds, They told me it could take about a week maybe longer. 3 days later I get a call that one of the employees there stayed extra hours to get it done because he knew it was my only vehicle. I took my car to the dealer for a check engine light and they told me that they could not determine why the light was on. "I had a slow tire leak on my way to BWI Airport, and knew upon my return (15 days later) that I would need a credible service source for air or a tire patch before making the over one-hour trip home. I found Mike's Service Station via Alyssa who works at the nearby Doubletree Hotel. She suggested I call Mike's, let them know my problem, and give them a heads upon my return. I had to trust I wouldn't get ripped off and that my return home would be safe. I got RANDY on the phone when I called. He was kind and friendly and said to feel free coming in after I picked up my car from long-term parking. Sure enough Randy and his team were gracious and fair and found the sliver of a nail that was causing my problem. I can't thank them (and Alyssa) enough for being so friendly, fair and willing to help. That tire patch and experience was one of the best investments of trust and money I could have made. "This is my second time using Mike's Auto Repair. The first visit was to have my battery checked, this time to have my A/C checked. Each time the customer service was great and the costs were very reasonable. I waited for my car this time and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Randy and Chris both thoroughly explained what was going on with my A/C and gave me tips to better maximize the A/C for cooler air during these extremely hot days.
