The Lube Center

"My experience with the Lube Center in Arundel Mills, MD was amazing. Everyone in the center, regardless of who was helping me or if they were assisting another customer, spoke to me while I sat in my car. Customer service was at its highest level. The team members were all smiling and very helpful with all my questions. I was offered a beverage while I waited in my car and the music selection was very relaxing. All the bay doors were down due to the inclement weather, and I smelled no fumes. All the team members were very knowledgeable of the services they were providing. The services I received took about 20 minutes to complete and I was engaged by the team members throughout that time asking how I was feeling or if I needed another beverage. It was a very clean establishment, and it was not cold inside, even though it was cold outside. I will definitely be a loyal customer to the Lube Center. In addition, after the completion of my visit, I received a coupon for a free car wash to use across the street, at their car spa center. ANOTHER Satisfied Customer!!"

"I dint totally trust the quality of the service. I hold my breath every time I go there. Last time I went they did not change the filter had me start the motor. When I asked why they did not change the filter, they then decided to do so with out draining the oil. Along with that they dripped oil all over the engine compartment. Which I had to ask for them to please clean. This time around the mechanic dropped a socket in the engine compartment. The guy below had to take off the skid plate. I never did see them remove the socket. I'm not totally confident in their service."

"It was my first time pulling up to The Lube Center, and they did not disappoint. All of the mechanics and servicemen were respectful and professional. They explained each of their service packages and recommended a couple services I might want to try. The environment was relaxed and I was done within 25 mins. I'll make sure I'm a return customer."

"I’ve been going to this location for a few years. Even when many faces have changed over time, the great service always remains the same. Everyone is always very nice, honest, and show that they enjoy working there, and helping their customers the best way possible. Josh, Technician and Cesar, Supervisor, have always been extremely helpful and honest every time I drop my car off. The Arundel location staff is definitely the best!"

"This was my first visit and last visit. Don't let them touch your tires. I never had a problem with my tires until they messed with them. When I called to tell them they said it was something I did. They didn't even screw the caps on correct. The touch my tires and less than 24 hours later my tire is sitting on the rim. No leaks as they claimed"
