"Had an issue with my windshield wipers and was very frustrated. I was originally recommended one that didn't fit. I should have double checked myself. The clerk seemed new and was trying hard but the manager came to the rescue. Turned my 3 star review into 5 stars. All in all, was satisfied. Sometimes if you don't act like an a** to them, you let their customer service skills shine through. Parking lot issues has nothing to do with the store and just means that the plaza gets a lot of business. I don't know who the manager is but she was working at 8pm 7-5-2019."
