"I came in with what I thought was going to be 2 week fix because other places told me my head cover gaskets were on back order for a week I went to far east and I spoke with Paul and he did a once over on my vehicle free of charge and fixed several issues that I had within the day I get a call from far east expecting them to tell me that they have just ordered my parts but it's them letting me know my car was fixed. One thing I need to stress is that they are all personable people fast and kind at what they do if you want a place that has embraced the 21st century and will do work you are proud of its far east"

"After my Dealership told me I had to wait 3 to 5 days for them to even diagnose my car’s problem I had to find another solution. After some internet searches I found Far East Motors and boy am I glad i did. Not only did they diagnose my initial problem they discovered a few others and one was a safety issue. I ok’ed the repairs and in the course of a few hours they were done and I was back on the road with my initial complaint resolved and a few other items taken care of. All the while Watchman, was very personable and kept me informed through out the repair process. They will definitely do my routine check up and oil changes and any other repairs. By the way scheduling service was easy too!"

"Leaving a review here, just in case. On the positive side, I think that costumer service is good and I'm happy with routine-related services (oil change, brake fluid, etc). On the negative side, I would not recommend anybody to do any body repairs there. A minor trim repair that you would expect a professional to easily fix was done very poorly, without attention to detail and resulted in the trim being in worst condition (in a couple days) than when I brought it in. I'm taking my car somewhere else as I have no trust that they would do it any differently (especially after calling them to explained what happened)."
