"We placed an delivery order after giving us the total they told us 45 mins 1 he later we called to see where our order was they told us they had no order for us we went through everything that was said and still could careless of what we were asking all we wanted was our order which as I said we did order this happen once before we figured we would give them another chance now chances r done won’t waste my time calling again to be treated like we lied we enjoyed there food but now moving on to find another place to order from"

"The manager came out and said he “wouldn’t serve me with a dog here” despite my dog being a medical alert dog. Establishments should ask if it’s a service dog before jumping to conclusions and humiliating their patrons in front of customers. I’m highly disappointed because I’ve been coming here for years. "My coworker had a paperclip baked into her pizza. She ordered a half sheet of pizza and obviously didn’t eat the whole thing the night prior so she went to eat some on her lunch break. She bit into a slice to find a paperclip baked into her pizza. She nicely called the restaurant to just let them know what happened and when she asked for some sort of compensation because she no longer felt comfortable eating the rest, she was met with immediate interrogating and was told “why didn’t you call sooner” and “I find that hard to believe” by the manager. My coworker was not being hostile whatsoever and deserved some decent customer service after this incident. All they gave her was store credit but do you think she really wants to return to this establishment after the horrible experience she had. This situation could have also been much worse, she could have swallowed it, broken a tooth, or the paperclip could have been unclipped and hurt her. I understand that mistakes happen but the way it was handled was not ok. I’m very disappointed to hear that this was the response she received and will definitely not be coming back."
