"The food always takes forever to make, they say they're doing a quality check 30 minutes later and it's still not out for delivery then the food gets here and it always looks like it's just thrown together"

"Domino's pizza is okay pizza, at least for our area. It's cheap and if you are within their delivery area it's convenient. I am not in Domino's delivery area, despite only being 3 miles away. I will typically order from the app, wait 10 minutes, then drive to grab my pickup order. Lately, ie within the last 6 months, this Domino's has gotten really poor with their estimated pickup and wait times. I will arrive to a tracker that says "were done, come on in" and yet I'll be standing around waiting for the pizza to finish in the oven. This has happened on more than one occasion and I have to assume it's because the joint is understaffed, as at most I only ever see two employees in there at any given time. Overall, if you need a pizza fix, Domino's will achieve that, but don't put a whole lot of trust into the tracker. You'll likely wait longer than it's telling you."
