"I absolutely love Pudgies Pizza. I grew up with one a mile from my house and rarely passed by without getting a 2 slice special with a Coke for $1.99. I ordered that the other day and would text it came out to $10.15. I don't love Pudgies that much."
"Long haired young man working behind the counter was rude when my party walked in. He said "this is ridiculous" as he walked back into the kitchen, to let us know he wasn't happy to have the business. He was rude when he came back to the counter to ask "do you know what you want yet?". I was told this place was the best place to get pizza and wings, but the service from the moment we walked in the door proves otherwise. Yuck."
"UPDATE: shortly after leaving, the owner called me to get my side of the story and to go over what happened. I was extremely impressed and he even gave me a $25 gift card. Now that’s customer service. THANK YOU! I’m a regular customer, until now. Ordered a sheet, was told 20mins. I get there 30mins later. THEY NEVER MADE THE PIZZA. So here I wait another 30+ mins. No compensation, just an attitude. I even told the gentleman the attitude was not necessary. But they have time to be on their phones in the back room. What put me over the edge is when I took the pizza and walking out. The young man told the customer behind me “you can’t please them all!” I came back and started yelling at the young man “that the service was horrible and I will be taking this matter further”"
"I ordered a spiedie salad. The salad was lettuce, 2 cucumber slices, 4 shreds of carrot, and a tiny bag of mini croutons. The chicken spiedies felt a bit slimy and had a bit of a smell. Restaurant was closed by the time I was able to "eat" my salad. It ended up in the trash."
"The canoli's were super good but the pizza was OK. My husband didn't like it or the Calzone so the only thing I would reproach is The canolies and skip everything else."
