"They allowed someone through door dash steal a 30.00 order that never got delivered, some guy who works there hung up on me as I was trying to ask for the food to be replaced. They did not but Uber refunded me. I will never get delivery from them again."

"I love the food here but from the times I’ve gotten it delivered it’s been terrible service. Uber eats said that it would arrive in about 25-30 minutes after I ordered but it ended up coming about an hour later. Also, the person who delivered my order twice forgot my drink. He went back and got my drink which was good but it took another 30 minutes."

"As someone who is a entertainer on the road and also vegan it is incredibly hard to find good quality late night Vegan food options. DP Dough in Binghamton came in clutch and did just that. Great Food, Service and overall a great experience. Its a must stop if your in Binghamton."

"Proportions and price are so not worth it for the Dough Bites, Tater Tots and 3 Calzones. My food did arrive super cold due to DoorDash somehow messing up my street address and confusing the driver to drop it off at another house. I don't know why they use DoorDash for service when they could have their own driver to avoid stuff like this. Especially when DoorDash is higher price that they dont give the right amount of tip to the actual driver (I gave $5, but Dasher recieved $2.50). The food arrived smashed up (didn't take photo) and doesn't taste good when warmed back up. I wouldn't eat here or waste money for this place again. We tried getting our money back through DP, but customer service is so bad at keeping communications, we had to file for a dispute through the bank."
