"Pizza wasn't bad, but still not like they used to make it. Not sure if tomato sauce has gone up in price, but they hardly used any. I ordered take out, and it was as if a robot gave me my food. Not the actual robot they have for dine in--but a humanoid perhaps. No eye contact, no thank you, not a word--just literally handed over the food silently after asking my name."

"Ordered delivery after vowing to never order from there again after multiple screw ups and super long wait times for delivery. This time was no different. Wrong pizza delivered. Called in and the manager was rude. Half the family ate while other half waited another 30 minutes for correct order. Great Falls location just can't never seemed to get it right."

"Food is great. Just don’t expect any customer service. Been coming here 2 years and rarely get even a smile or hello and often front counter person is on the phone and doesn’t even make eye contact. Subs are served in plastic trays now, used to be low carbon footprint but they upgraded their interior and then went for it on single use plastics! Why come back… oh yeah decent food"

"We stopped in and got a couple slices to go. I had two pepperoni and my wife had a plain cheese Sicilian. $17 for 3 slices of pizza seemed excessive, but it's Great Falls so we let that go. My pepperoni slices were surprisingly good. I even looked at my wife and said "oh wow this is the best pizza we've had down here" (we moved 18 months ago from NYC). But what happened next was beyond our wildest nightmares. My wife was eating her Sicilian slice when a few bites in she said "it tastes like there's some kind of sauce between the cheese and the tomato sauce, it's weird." So then I take a bite and come to find out that it's...ranch dressing. There's ranch dressing layered underneath the cheese. How any restaurant can wear "Italian" in their name and engage in such blasphemy is beyond me. If anything, there should be a warning sign next to the pizza to inform unsuspecting patrons of this abomination. I contemplated contacting the local authorities. These people must be stopped. The public must be made aware. This is unacceptable. I'm afraid that the magnitude of this sin is simply unforgivable, in this life or the next. You will be judged accordingly and brought to answer for your crimes. May your deity have mercy on your soul. Please cease this abhorrent behavior immediately, if not for yourselves, for all of mankind."
