Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"I went for a simple oil change and they offered to change my transmission fluid. I paid $150 for the full transmission change and they just mixed the old fluid with new. After a few days I noticed a leak coming from my car so I took it back thinking it was the oil and they checked under the car and said the car saying everything dealing with the oil was right and said they couldn’t do anything to figure out the leak and recommended I take it to their garage and pay to have it looked at. I took my car somewhere else and was told the oil plug was cracked and I had lost a quarter of my oil. Valvoline refused to tell me what was wrong because they broke the plug and didn’t change my transmission fluid like they said"

"I’m very shocked that I’m writing this review. I thought this would’ve been my new oil change establishment. This is my third time coming here to this establishment at this location. The employees are very hospitable! The second time I decide to come here and get a oil change. 15 to 30 minutes later I hear something scrapping from the bottom of my car. I go back into the establishment the manager apologized and the issue was fixed. A couple weeks go by and I hear the same noise! It’s the same issue that they failed to put back on properly the first time. The manager came out apologized and informed me that everyone doesn’t have this on the bottom of there car! AND said it was rusted. This wasn’t stated the first time the issue occurred and PLASTIC DOESN’T RUST. ( I’m not everyone and everyone don’t pay for the services on my car). Then, she gives me a 20% discount that I already have in my email. Unfortunately, that will be the last time I receive a service done not by a professional. A certification doesn’t mean you know how to fix the issue. Especially, if you have no proper hands on experience. Please be mindful when getting your car serviced done here! That piece falling off my car when I was driving could’ve been a serious accident. And a law suit on this company and the employees who did the service."

"The crew was well manned and ready. Took 20 minutes or so from start to finish. Seems they have a well constructed process they follow and keeps everyone involved and safe. So siked they are so close to me. I was waiting in anticipation and thoroughly pleased with my first experience. Definitely will be a repeat customer. They do give specific recommendations based on findings from the VIN scan. Not overly pushy. Did not feel like a sales pitch at all. They are open 7 days a week. So get yours soon!"
