"TERRIBLE experience. My car was towed there on a Wednesday and I heard literally nothing from them unless I badgered them with phone calls. The following Monday (five days later), I finally broke down and borrowed a car to drive 30 minutes to get some information out of them in person. They STILL weren’t ready with a quote. They called me 6 hours later, diagnosed a bad transmission, and quoted me $5,200. Getting it fixed elsewhere for 1K. Beware!"

May I say that everybody did a great job! They really took care of me. I got great quality work for such an affordable price. I live an hour and a half away from this shop and I will always drive to Lorenzo's shop because I know he's knowledgeable and gets everything done in great timing.
