"Did a great job. I totally recommend them. I had one flat the night before I was to leave and, somehow, another the next morning, Dec. 29. Ben's guys came out that day soon after I called, while I was out of town, removed my flat tire, checked the tire and saw that it was ruined, put a new tire on the rim, and put the wheel back on. He called me from the job and I paid him over the phone. He said he would leave his business card under the wiper, but I asked him not to, and he didn't. No wonder his average is 4.9, but I think they're a 5. --- When you have a flat, in the rain maybe, tire stores will be glad to sell you a tire and even put it on, if you bring the car to them. Gas stations will be glad to fix it, if you bring it to them. But you can't drive your car with a flat! Tow trucks will be glad to tow your whole car someplace, but there aren't many, I learned, who will come to your car and fix it there. (The other one I found later was in Bowie, muchas miles away!!) And Ben's is in Owings Mills, much much closer to my car. Thank's Ben."

"Last night on the way home from my father’s funeral, the worst thing that could have happened ending up happening. Around 7pm my tire popped at a rest stop in Maryland. Being on drive from VA to NY I was extremely stressed. I called AAA but due to me not having a spare tire they could not help me besides towing my car and having us wait until the morning . Me not having that extra tire made this situation from bad to worse. Me, my boyfriend, and our friend was frantically trying to figure out to fix this issue. It being so late our options were limited and as time when on it only got worse. We called so many numbers, some not answering and some saying they’ll get back to us and never did. One place even played phone tag with us for 2 hours and then just ended scamming me. We were running out of hope but that’s when my boyfriend found Ben mobile tire service. This man must have been sent from heaven because he was our saving grace. At 10pm he drove over an hour to come replace my tire. He was the only reason I was able to make it home to my son last night and I could never be more appreciative of this man and his kindness."

"Marcos gave us EXCEPTIONAL service by promptly repairing my flat tire. He showed me I didn’t need s new tire but only a sensor to replace current one that was leaking. THEN he went WAY above and beyond by showing how he could repair the constant “tire low pressure” light that has been on for 18 months. The dealer - where it was serviced - claimed the repair required three new sensors for $800+ . Marcos showed the problem was much simpler and repaired for under $100. I’m very particular about service and meticulous in auto maintenance. Ben’s Tire Service and Marcos in particular are now on top of my list for quality, professionalism, responsiveness and cost."
