"Generally, I go to them because of the reviews and they've been thorough until I had to get a repair. Needless to say, make sure the mechanic takes the car for a test drive if it's regarding the quality of the way the car drives. I had service and instantly, my car got worse and they closed before 5 pm. I knocked and no one answered. You can't believe how humiliating it was for me, especially when the mechanics have a dry personality. I'm glad they help those they helped. I thought I found something and now my car is worse and I wouldn't want this to happen to someone. They should have an emergency service line or something for times like this. I'm super sad this had to happen to me. Volvo vehicles are pricy to fix and when you got it hoping to keep your family safe, only to have some unprofessional service is like a punch in the stomach. So, just be sure your car is fixed before you leave the shop"
"I have been going to Hans auto after being referred by a close friend over 3 years ago. I have never been pushed to do unneeded maintenance on my 1999 S80 Volvo. He is professional and very knowledgeable about Volvo. The prices are fair and he is honest and trustworthy. I can without reservation recommend him for all Volvo related repairs."
"Hans the best Hans has the skill and experience of Volvo dealers but the pricing of a private shop. There are no frills. Expect no Sports Illustrated to read or Volvo lender vehicle to take home. They work only on Volvos so they stay tuned into all the changes as well as the older model repairs. I have utized Hans since 2000 and based on my experience I believe them to be honest completely."
