"Needed a new tire and wanted the OEM tire to match the rest since they were not very old and had lots of tread on them. I was able to order the tire online and have this place install it. The process was easy and painless. The cost to install was reasonable. I also had them do an alignment since it was needed. Again, the price was decent. Chad was extremely helpful and upfront with everything he was telling me. My only gripe is the tech put 40 psi in the new tire when the sticker on the car says it needed 31. They do this all day, every day. You would think getting the pressure correct would be a no brainier for a TIRE shop. Stuff like that makes me wonder if he got the balance and torque right. Lost one star for that."
