Given that most other mechanics were fully booked, I'm grateful to Hillmuth for not only providing a parking space but also offering a prompt repair service. Despite the busy holiday season, I received my car back in two weeks, which was reasonable under the circumstances. However, the repair cost was quite substantial. I was billed for 20 hours of labor for what was essentially a water pump replacement, which seems excessive; typically, half that time would be more common. In conclusion, my experience was acceptable, considering the importance of safety and having a car in good condition."

"The team was very communicative about what work needed to be done and were very flexible with my schedule. My car also drives very smoothly now and I don't hear my brakes rattle anymore! Funny thing, I am almost unnerved by the lack the rattling I hear when I drive with the windows open along any stretch of curb. None of the previous shops I've been to were able to fix the rattling brake pads in the calipers so I had just accepted that this was my car's reality (since it has been rattling for the past 60K miles), but then they fixed it (my 120K routine maintenance) and now my car is so quiet! SO QUIET! They also cleaned the front seats of my car :) I have multiple dogs that ride with me every weekend. They miraculously got the dog hair out of the carpet!"
