"Wow…what a hidden gem. Urban Air is one of the few places where you can get a migraine, the flu, and have a panic attack all at the same time. The fun starts in the parking lot—if you are feeling adventurous, follow the parking sign and go behind building. You might find a parking spot, but more likely you’ll hit the dead end with absolutely zero room to turn around…the 10-point turns give the line of cars behind you something to watch so that’s a plus. Once you are inside, you’ll be greeted with all the chaos of a Black Friday for the check in process. The best part is the giant ant farm jungle gym…the kids go in and hopefully they will be ok. Each parent takes their place waiting at the bottom—are my kids having fun? Are they hurt? Did they enter a different dimension? No one knows and you can’t see them anyway, so we just cross our fingers are hope for the best. One great feature about Urban Air is that all play areas are separate from each other—no pesky direct lines of sight here. This helps keep parents on their toes while getting their steps in, especially if they have multiple children running opposite directions. If your kiddo has any sensory issues or special needs, go ahead and have those removed before you come because the wrist band is mandatory. The hostility was a nice change from the tolerance and understanding we have become accustomed to elsewhere in the community. An Urban Air birthday party does make you question many things…how has it only been 5 minutes since the last time I looked at my watch? What is the occupancy limit of this building? Is there a Wine and Spirits Store on the way home? At the end of the day, we make it through because we love our kids and somehow, they had a good time."

"Alyssa at Urban Air made checking in a breeze as I had gift cards to use plus 2 friends with my kids: she looked everyone up in system quickly and got us into action asap. Super professional and friendly - great visit that day and it started with her the moment we checked in. Thanks!!! Would be nice to buy tickets in advance online with gift cards but it was easy in person too."

"A lot of fun for kids but the parking lot is super tiny for the amount of people coming and it doesn't go the whole way around the building, so lines of vehicles are having to do awkward turn arounds. Also, look closely at the waivers you're signing. It's kinda shocking what rights you're signing away."

"It says it is the cleanest trampoline park but the tables were disgusting and sticky I was there 3 hours and seen not one person wiping or sanitizing anything. I went to Cafe for dinner and was over charged when I went back to ask I felt like I was givin attitudes because I didn't want more food I wanted the money back. Then after the cashier asked if I wanted it back on card or cash I said cash and then he says too late I hit card. The whole experience in Cafe was horrible its young kids working who apparently hate their job and are miserable. Wrong place to work with that kind of attitude in my opinion. My kiddos along with myself had a great time overall. Weekends they give u a 2 hour limit if it gets busy and it usually does on weekends the staff told me. Buy tickets in advance online so u don't get there and it's too crowded to enter right away. Buy in advance u are guaranteed a spot in ur designated time. Ultimate tickets u can do everything in the building they are priced at 29.99 PARENTS THEY DO HAVE PARENT PASSES. THEY GET U ON EVERYTHING IN THE BUILDING WITH UR LITTLES. The prices of parent pass is 14.99. Go enjoy a day with ur kiddos where everyone can have fun."
