"These people are afraid of mentally disabled people. They won't see me in person. Not too professional if you ask me. But if Social security sends someone, they more than welcome them because they've made most of their money from federal welfare. Aka social security money. The SSA Pays them to diagnose and this place will send the paperwork in,and disabled people don't get what they need. The reason they do this is because they know SSA will eventually send them back and this place just makes more money."

"Wow. Can’t believe I never reviewed this place. Happened to stumble upon it on a search. I was referred here about four years ago for suspected ADHD. I see two separate NPs at HHHN who both (and separately) came to the conclusion I most likely had ADHD, but as NPs they stated they could only treat it once I was diagnosed. The male psychiatrist I saw was pretty unprofessional. He ran me through a series of tests, which I really have no idea how I ever did on. The tests seemed to be designed for children. We got to a test which was primarily doing math in your head. Now while I struggle with many other things in life, I’m objectively smart (“gifted” in school, tested at 144 IQ in elementary) and I am equally strong in language/math. I can do pretty complex math in my head, in fact since one thing I cannot do is get up in the morning, I use an alarm app which requires me to solve 3 problems like (96x7) + 73 to shut it off. When I told him this, he ended the session, telling me that “people with ADHD are not able to do math in their head at all”. I said “yes, many people with ADHD struggle with math but are you stating it is impossible to have ADHD and be good at math?” To which he said, “yes, exactly”. I did not pay him, on the sheer principle of giving any money to such a backwards, uneducated “professional”. They hounded me for many months, years even, over this bill for this one session which was not even a full session and which was completely useless to me. This man should honestly have his credentials revoked."

"This practice is unprofessional and unethical. They are only in the business to make money and do NOT care about patient needs. THEY are what is WRONG with mental health care today. They refused treatment to for my child, and claimed it was not due to financial reasons. They have tacked on countless overdue fees etc for a young person that can not afford treatment let alone late fees. They are DESPICABLE. They can take us to court-they will not get 1 penny out of me. Shame shame shame"

"My partner was referred here to seek a diagnosis. After two appointments they received their evaluation, in which Osika left out context and came to unfounded conclusions. This resulted in a diagnosis for an entirely different condition that I actually have and I know my partner does not (we have been together for 5+ years and I have had my condition and received treatment for it for almost 10 years now.) And the cherry on top is the evaluation which was emailed misspelled my partner's name. The process was rushed, impersonal, and insulting. I've had my fair share of therapists over the years, some better, some worse, and I highly recommend anyone seeking care avoids Osika & Scarano at all costs."
