"Dr.Mchugh ? In the e.r was great with my husband. Got him right in because of heart issues . Dr was very thorough with explaining what was going on and very thorough with his meds and what needed to be done. 5 Stars for the dr, not the hospital itself."

"The 2nd star is only for the fact that the snuggery staff is very good. The billing staff is entirely incompetent and will refuse to take any responsibility when they mess up your payment plan. The internal communication between the departments pretty much doesn't exist as we had to be escorted to an employee only section to get bloodwork results because they refused to send the results out to literally any department. If you can, go to saratoga hospital or albany med if you want things done remotely right."

"Brought a friend to the ER, she was writhing in pain, we waited 7 hours before we left at 1:30am and went to st Peters. I asked them why everyone else was going in but her, and they said it wasn't a priority. 7 hours folks. If you wanna get in, make sure you're bleeding or having a heart attack. A complete waste of time and cost my friend her health. A perfect example of the American health system at its finest."

"They’re overwhelmed in the ER and are clearly understaffed. The ER is extremely dirty, the bathrooms are filthy, and definitely need to be updated. However, the main building is nice and clean. The hospital does offer many great services. Although, I didn’t care for the birthing center and wished I had gone elsewhere. I will say most of the staff is wonderful. I bet it’s exhausting working there and dealing with people all day!"

"First of all they let my 14 year old son die here in this emergency room two years ago. Second I was here with my daughter against my better judgement for a horrible cut she received stepping on broken glass, we got here at midnight and ended up leaving at 8am to go to HHHN as a walk in. We were seen immediately there and she ended up with 8 stitches. The nurses here at glensfalls ER didn't even offer to clean or rebandage her foot Thirdly I'm here right now with kidney stones and have been here for over 4 hours. They haven't offered me anything for the pain, not even a hot pack. They know I been throwing up and peeing blood but they still just sit there and tell me they don't know how long the wait it."
