"I would give this review zero stars if possible. I had to transfer to them when my OB/GYN office closed. I needed a prescription pre-authorization sent to my insurance company. The doctor who wrote the prescription had transferred to this office. I transferred my records to them, offered to come in for an appointment, stopped in their office twice to check on the authorization, and called several times for an update. Once the insurance company faxed them the form at my request. Two weeks ago I came home to two different messages from their office. The first one said that my prescription had been called into my pharmacy two weeks before. The next message said that my paperwork was in the "pre-authorization" department. Today I called my insurance company and explained what was happening. While I waited on hold, the lady from my insurance company called Hudson Headwaters. They told her that they had needed information from me that they hadn't received and that they closed the request. No one has asked me for any information whatsoever. I have never had to deal with such incompetence and dishonesty in the health field. No one should have to tolerate such poor service."
"If I could give this wretched place zero stars I would. I have been fighting with mastitis on and off since November second (its now the 30th) and when I attempted to call the provider I was waiting on the line for 45 minutes without talking to an actual person! I left several messages (they never bothered to call me back) before eventually going into an urgent care (which she reprimanded me for, telling me I should have went there first like I didn't try several times!) where I was prescribed antibiotics but I still suffered multiple times with repeats. It's gotten really bad this week and urgent care was finally able to make me an appointment to be seen because I could not get anyone on the phone to save my life. When I was FINALLY seen the O.B. (Carly) was physically laughing at me, telling me that when they sent over the ultrasound she couldn't stop laughing because the infection is everywhere in my breast including my areola. She even made me repeat myself when I was trying to explain the absolute heII I went through because she was "laughing so much she couldn't process what I was saying" I am in so much pain that I would scream every time my daughter would latch, I must have missed the joke. I have never dealt with something so unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!!!"
"Called to establish care and got nowhere. It would be really great if I could talk to an actual person over the phone. What kind of doctors office takes 14 days to repy to someone needing care? Absolutely ridiculous and I will be calling other gynecologists to see if I can be seen sooner"
"Hi I have had two great obgyns at 90 south street so I am updating this. Crystal Nolan is great she was my obgyn before I changed to dr rowland and I only changed because I was having issues otherwise I would of stayed with Crystal Nolan. They are both great if you need a hysterectomy and you have tired other stuff to get better dr rowland is great! She did my hysterectomy no problems or issues with it! Either obgyn is good it just depends what you need who you should see."
"Showed up today for my appointment in which the office sent me reminding emails of the same time for a week, just for me to show up for my appointment and they tell me they made a mistake and my appointment was actually 30 minutes prior. Only for them to tell me that ultrasounds actually don't get sent as a reminders so not only was I not given a written reminder for this appointment but I wasn't told the requirements needed for the appt BY ANYONE! 5 months pregnant and this was supposed to be my gender reveal ultrasound a very important ultrasound for any woman going through an exciting pregnancy I brought my family in everything to enjoy the moment with me just to be told that no one could see me because of a mistake they made! Couldn't be more disappointed and frustrated that this office made such an error and had nothing but sorry to say, now my family and I excitement has to be postponed multiple days just for the next available appointment."
