"Terrible!! They didn’t use laughing gas on my 7 year old so she was in excruciating pain and distress. They held her wrists down as she was screaming and crying in pain and had a very traumatic experience. They said “she won’t remember this because of the sedation we gave her” She definitely did remember and that is not the correct sedation for the procedure!! Also to mention they spent 2 minutes “cleaning” my child’s teeth during her checkup, not flossing every tooth and the dentist spent 2 minutes looking at the teeth and just said that everything looks fine so she can quickly move onto the next patient!! I have changed my daughter’s dentist to the Smile Lodge in Clifton Park, NY."

"Terrible place. Our son went there for years. Each cleaning barely took any time at all and was always told everything looks good keep doing what you're doing with getting x- rays each time. Fast foward 4 months and he had 4 cavities and needs a root canal. They never offered to put the cavity protection dental sealant on once during the 5 years we went there. I'm convinced this place makes more money on treating cavites and that is why they don't offer it. Waited 4 months to try to get the cavities treated only to find out the day before surgery they had his sedation scheduled at 11am! What 6 year old can go without food or water from midnight- 11am? When asked to reschedule the girl told my wife that they don't reschedule and our options we're basically to cancel and not be a patient there anymore or to come at 11am. Mind blown. We immediately switched dentists. SCAM ALERT! Stay away!!!"

"As a dental hygienist myself, the room we were put in was absolutely disgusting, from floor to sink, how do you think placing us in a filthy room is acceptable, or make me think the rest of your office is maintained properly?!!! The room wasn’t set up and we had to wait for the hygienist to chase supplies down, this place has gone way down hill since our first visit. This hygienist scaled 4 teeth, 2 minutes and then was polishing!! Don’t count on me coming back!!!"
