"The clinics medical staff seems top notch...but one of the front desk women is one of the rudest, most vile creatures I've ever seen. You don't have to sit long in the waiting room to hear her screaming at some poor, deaf, confused veteran then slamming the phone down on them. She's been there for a long time, not sure why."

"The reception people could be more friendly, I think they forget we are veterans, some of the stuff is great the others I don't care about as they give me the runaround."

"Front end staff, mainly the female who makes appointments at the check out counter, need to learn the standards for acceptable patient care. The sighs, negative tone, and abruptness is quite the opposite of what patient care should be, especially to veterans. Providers do NOT listen to or respect patient concerns. The NP I see put in orders for labs and women's health after I specifically told her I would not get those done at that facility. If you ask for community care referrals, be sure to follow up with the nurses to ensure that the orders were correct or actually submitted, so you don't wait three months for a referral in order to get your care. Just avoid this facility and mediocre staff. The level of professionalism is PATHETIC."

"I literally just went to this clinic this morning because I have been having really bad abdominal pain for the past few days. I’m in the process of relocating to Queensbury from New Jersey. I decided to go into the clinic because my pain was getting worse, the very rude and obnoxious woman at the front desk should be ashamed of herself. I told her all of the pain that I was in and explained that I’m in the process of relocating and she suggested very rudely that I drive all the way to Albany for assistance. A nice lady named Jill who was also there suggested that I go to The WellNow urgent care center and use my VA urgent care benefit. Its ridiculous that that woman speaks to people and treat veterans so harshly. When I got to the Urgent care place I told the lady at the front desk what happened and she was not shocked at all, she stated that so many people come here and complain about how they were treated at that VA clinic"
