"I haven’t lived here, but the process of communicating with staff has been awful. The website has advertised for months that the building 400 apartments are accepting rentals for May of this year and that there are a few spots left. I also have found advertisements with this same information posted on many rental websites. I submitted an application and was told that they are not currently accepting applications for May and to wait until a month or two before I want to move in to submit one. I emailed after with general questions and was ignored. I have called as well and have been generally ignored and the one time I did reach anyone, was hung up on after asking if they are accepting applications for may (per the website) or if I should wait since the email I received may have been a miscommunication of some sort. I am very confused and not impressed by the owner’s communication."

"Newish apartment complex abutting I89 and Spear Street. Nice places with first level, covered parking garage. Elevators to each floor. A bit pricey and not the best sound insulation from neighboring apartments."

"My girlfriend and I reached out in March 2023 to apply and we got a response from Ralph. As soon as we sent in our application, crickets. Gave it a few months and time was ticking when we really needed to find an apartment. I reached out again and again, nothing. Finally got ahold of Ralph to set up a tour with available apartments he offered. Called back to confirm an apartment tour, scheduled it, and the day of he was a no show. Didn't answer our phone calls, emails or texts when we arrived to the property. We reached out again a few days later, nothing. A few days later from that, he finally called us and said he was at the property that day for our tour and it was was a "misunderstanding". We scheduled another tour. My GF and I showed up for it and he was again a no show. Left a voicemail, texts, emails and he has yet to respond 3 weeks later. Super unprofessional and didn't give us the time of day even when we spoke on the phone."

"Got approved for a unit by Ralph, then he asked when I wanted to come look at a unit, but then lost all contact with him, he completely stopped responding to me. I left multiple voicemails and emails. His number and email is the only one on file. Finally got Sarah’s number from a friend who lives there, but she was also incredibly unresponsive, after almost a month of getting ignored by the two id them, Sarah finally let me know that they were full, and had no more spots available. Extremely unprofessional, and unresponsive."

"We were living overseas and about to return to the US and settle in Vermont. Spoke to Ralph on the phone. He didn’t greet me, didn’t offer help and just briefly answer my questions, without any further details about his property. We faxed him our application and never heard back from him or anyone in his office. We now live in a very nice complex in Burlington, where management is always very responsive. After reading a few other reviews, I’m glad Quarry Hill didn’t work for us."
