Holiday Inn Burlington, an IHG Hotel

"I had quite a comfortable stay here. It was a while ago now, but credit where credit is due. The room was tidy, clean and quiet. The beds were well made and comfortable, and when I felt restless I went outside for a walk around the building and the spaces created by the architecture and landscaping were inviting even at night. There weren't a whole lot of extra frills, but if you need a convenient place to stay, close to the city and right off the highway, this isn't a bad choice."

"Very comfy and clean beds. We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed, and then some. Both an indoor and outdoor pool, exercise room, and a really nice restaurant that we didn't get to eat in. My only downside would be the toilet seat in the bathroom. It's not a full seat but has a cut out in the front like in a public restroom. Not something I liked."

"Staff here is so friendly! At the front desk and in the restaurant. Room was clean and furniture was nice. Outlets were not near the bed. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Restaurant food was below Holiday Inn expectations. Most of the vegetables listed on the pasta dish menu were not on the pasta when it arrived. Great location!"

"Business hotel and much what you would expect from this chain - nothing exciting but nothing bad either. Check in was easy enough and staff friendly. Rooms have what you would need for a comfortable stay but decor seems a tad dated. We had comfortable king size bed. Hotel has range of leisure facilities such as pools and gym. Plenty of parking spaces outside and easy to get to city centre and interstate/airport."

"We were treated better, and had a nicer room, than at a VERY expensive Hilton in Quebec City the night before. We were greeted warmly and enthusiastically by Alyssa who seemed eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Her attitude made for a great start. This was a stark contrast to the previous night’s Hilton stay where the staff were simply business-like and distant. Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. Our restaurant server at breakfast was attentive and pleasant. The food was good. We had heard that people in Burlington were super friendly and this hotel seems to encourage it. I would definitely stay here again."
