"I don't know who owns this building, but they should call Rental Solutions - the leasing agents - and check out that experience. Tim and Candy don't answer the phone, and the voice mail suggests email. But when you email them, they still won't even talk to you on the phone before you fill out a questionnaire! When I complained the response was "I'm on vacation." On the plus side, you see how rude and uncaring they are before you sign a lease."
