"New from Florida. Looking for groomer, these people were 5 star. Our experience was no 5 star. We had to go back the next because our dog was very itchy. Also he needed some more trimming. They were shown a picture and told no problem.They were told of his skin allergy, so we returned with our own shampoo. Also the groomer told my wife that she could not finish cutting the paws because she came 7 minutes early to pick him up. I was told to bring the records of his shots, this is typical, so I knew probably would have to fill out paperwork. Arrived at 10:35, was given paperwork and told to fill them out in a certain waiting area. Keeping the dog with me all the time. Finally they took he from me at 10:50. Yes 10 minutes early. They charged $10.00 for bringing the dog in early."
