"The drive through is rarely open and might reduce the wait inside. It is especially stressful to observe the elderly stand in line; I will often surrender my place in line to help them."
"Slowest place ever to get your meds. Drive thru is always closed, so if you have trouble walking or standing in a line for 39 plus minutes find a better pharmacy than CVS. It's been this way for over a year now. I've been going here for 6 years. I'm looking for a new pharmacy now. I'll keep you all updated on ,a better place as soon as I can.6 workers and they are still short handed. Pay people more money and you might get more help. Right now you're screwing your customers."
"Lines that run thorugh the store. Dusty. Poor customer service. Drive thu closed. Nope."
"No empathy lack of common sense. While on an RV trip with wife and kids my father in-law was admitted to hospital and underwent a procedure in Quebec Canada. We made 5 PCR COVID tests to enable us to cross the border to see him. When we got to CVS we went in the store and we’re informed we had to use drive-thru for test. Clearance for drive thru was maybe not high enough. So we walked up to window. They told us we needed to be in vehicle. Ok so we carefully pulled up to window. RV fit but AC on roof would not make it. They registered my wife, and one of my children when the manager decided that because we couldn’t pull thru that they wouldn’t give us the tests. They said “ because you need to backup to use drive thru we can’t help you. We need you to back up. Strictly speaking they were probably following some policy. Granted the fact that they allowed me to start the process then changed their minds then made me do the very thing they did not want me to do backup in drive thru coupled with my explanation for why I wanted the test. Their lack of empathy left me??? Angry and scratching my head."
"I've never had a bad experience at this CVS. All the employees here (front store as well as pharmacy) are so nice and so helpful. Everyone always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome."
