"My client bought a $400 pair of trousers for an event which was a few wks from purchase. She went to put them on for first time and the ribbing on the legs started to come apart. When I called for her I was told past 14 days no exchange. So Armani sells $400 trousers that fall apart the first time you wear them and says go screw your self to customer. Wow!!! Guess the name doesn’t mean what it used to. Sad they used to be a top quality clothing seller."

I have shopped since my son was an infant ,now 20. The manager Maureen was amazing ! Personal ,helpful new my name As well as my style and size ! With in moments Of entering a fitting room would be Filled for me to peruse and purchase . Today will be the last time I enter this location thanks to The belligerent ignorant harridans that should be working . They are the downfall to all that was charming luxury retail in Manchester ! I asked if someone could look up the sunglasses I purchased last l week for my son at this very location ( he lost them) No response ! Glared at me As if I was an alien , my husband laughed at first. The other rude frauline at the register was in the phone yapping away pretending to not see me less that a yard away waiting at the register . After 28 moments of unbearable resolve ,I left my $986 purchase , still with out Acknowledgement and left . We were the Only customers and most likely the only sale Of the day! This is the third location, and so small it is impossible to not notice us . Very disheartening to end an era of decadent shopping sprees and special family outings to a bitter end"
