"Incredible place for all your water craft needs. They have kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and a truly dedicated staff. We drove over two hours to shop there. We were well taken care of. Every question we had was thoroughly addressed, and the staff wanted to be absolutely sure we were satisfied with our choices of boats. This is THE place to go for what you need."

"Love this place! Friendly staff, amazing views, stellar gear, friendly staff: nice and professional. The fleet of kayaks are great. The location in the lake is very nice and lends itself well to the activity of kayaking. I went there with my wife and had a great time. Huge wait of 45 minutes to 1 hour at peak times. May be worth it though if it's your first time and you're not a regular. Lots of people who go there and big lines. (If you do the activity frequently, you're obviously better off if you have your own kayak and launch on your own instead of going to a service location). Parking can be tricky, though there is also plenty roadside parking. Just make sure NOT to park where there is permit required or risk towing. Only downside is that bathroom is a portable toilet and not a fixed structure."

"Excellent ! The staff here were dealing with an unfortunately under staffed day, but we couldn’t tell at all with how smoothly they ran things. We all got single kayaks. They told us where the kayaking was easy and where people usually flip over. All kayaks were good quality, although mine was down a knee pad and I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the feet stands. Very happy- a must do in lake George!"
