"The directions on the washers are not clear and because I couldn’t lock it before a wash load counted down I lost $8 (without getting a wash in) and the attendant would not return my money or credit me. I had to run my card again. Then she accused me of breaking the machine which she then figured out how to lock correctly (after multiple attempts) and saw that I didn’t break it. I spent $40 to do 2 large loads of laundry. The entire experience was a giant rip off and I do not recommend going here - however convenient it is to Stowe."

"Go to Waterberry or Morristown. Do not use this Laundry place. The discrimination and thievery at this business practices is ridiculous. The system they have is not like any other laundromat. They force you to buy their card and will not give you change if you don’t use all of it. My experience was I asked for help and got an immediate rude response, and then tried to understand the system and needed help. I asked for help and got a unwelcome response I had, and was able to load the card up with money and had problems with other machines that she had in there like the soap machine. And then asked her for help with that or she gave me a really smart response and then kicked me out of the store not refunding any of the money I had on the card. Save yourself the trouble then go to Moorestown or Waterberry."

"They throw clothes that left in dryer and washing machine every day. I don’t understand why don’t keep it within a time frame so that owner can come back and claim it back. I’m so sad couldn’t get my clothes back. Old review: The only laundry in Stowe. It’s clean and have a public restroom inside the laundry."

"All the reviews talking about how expensive this place is are exaggerated. Yes, a small load costs $4.75 to wash. But you’ll probably be able to dry that same load for less than $2. So not exactly cheap, but not going to cost you an arm and leg like some people would have you believe. The biggest problem is that any money you put on your card, you can’t get back. I read these reviews, thought it would be crazy expensive and put in $12 when it ended up costing me less than $9 for soap, wash and dry."

"I'll give them this: the place is very clean and tidy, bathrooms clean, and the staff is nice. But the pricing is ridiculous. Two loads of laundry costs $20 and they use this card system that requires loading cash onto a card and swiping it in the machines. If you put the card next to a magnet it scrambles the card and your money is gone (what the attendant told me) and you arent getting it back. They need to lower their prices and go back to cash. Last thing I wanna do is carry around another card in my wallet only to have it be worthless if I accidentally brush up against a magnet or something."
