"Our second time here. We will return every year when we vacation at trapp! It's a favorite! Ordered the Thanksgiving 365 and it's so good! My husband ordered the Cowboy and said the brisket was excellent! Onion rings are excellent too!"

"We are staying in town from NJ. I was looking forward to grabbing lunch here which we did. I ordered a chicken sandwich my husband ordered a ham and cheese sandwich with a bag of chips and 2 drinks ($50) but that’s fine as long as the food is worth it. Unfortunately that was not the case. My chicken they served was thick and hard as a rock when I bit into it. Very dense. Not sure if they didn’t pound it correctly or whatever the case was. It was so bad I had my husband try it and he who will eat any type of meat, even spit it out. I then did not each lunch today and was very very disappointed in this meal. I’m not sure if all of their chicken is like this, but needed some protein since I am pregnant and left very hungry. Had to go down the road to a coffee shop to get a snack. My suggestion to them is to do better with your chicken selection and place more care in what you serve! As much as I was looking forward to crossing this place off of my agenda while in Vermont, I unfortunately will not be going back next time we visit."

"We vacation in Vermont every year and make a point to stop here! Highly recommend the Vermont Press or the Apple Valley Turkey Sandwiches. Great place to sit down or pick up food for a hiking/ day trip lunch! They also offer local beers, lemonades, etc to drink."

"OMG! Our family was looking for an easy lunch spot and boy did we find something special. A wide variety of options were available and the building was very clean and comfortable. There was a very friendly and inviting young gentleman that greeted us upon arrival. He took our order and said he was relatively new but he delivered a high level of service that goes far beyond what we expected. So caring and engaging to our party. Now the food was surprisingly good for a sandwich spot. I indulged in the Nashville chicken sandwich and it blew me away. I'm a big pepper head so I seek out hot and spicy meals that deliver on a level of pain/pleasure that hits all the feels. This sandwich meets that mark and more! So flavorful and delicious with just the right amount of heat. My personal top 3 chicken sandwiches of all time. I left feeling fulfilled and wanting to go back again soon. The rest of my party also thoroughly enjoyed their meals."
