"The robot that answered my call refused to put me through to a customer service agent, unless I had the tracking number. The reason for my call was to OBTAIN the tracking number. The robot kept me running around in circles! AAAAARGH!!!!!"

"Excellent UPS Store! I was in town for a conference and needed to ship my souvenirs back home. I had attempted to pack the box myself, but I went to drop it off, he said that he didn't want my maple syrup to break or leak. He told me just to leave it with him and he would get it all wrapped up. I was a bit hesitant, given my experience with other UPS Stores, but he did an amazing job. Everything arrived safely and so well packaged. I wish my local UPS store was this helpful and professional. Highly recommend!"
