"This Flatbread location is my favorite. Somehow the product is just better here; good organic products and the flatbread is consistent. The attitude of Aaron (GM) and his employees are inviting. This GM knows how to operate a business and keep you coming back.The place is clean and roomy. They have some great beer on tap, such as, Hill Farmstead Brewery, a great Vermont beer."

"We were in Stowe for the weekend and had heard from friends that we needed to try out American Flatbread. Upon entry, this locale was bustling with business yet a comforting wamrth of a small mom n pop shop. The host Eric was exceptional in attending to us politely and promptly despite being extremely busy during a holiday weekend rush. Our server Brenna was very kind and attentive to our needs and orders. We were seated right by one of the hearths which made for a warm and cozy experience during a frigid winter evening. The pizza itself was DELICIOUS. We tried out the Revolution and New Vermont Sausage flatbreads. We added the goat cheese to the Revolution and it did not disappoint! The crust was thin and had the nice toasty char of a kiln in all the right spots. Will definitely try out this place again!"

"Party of 3. None of us liked our flatbread. It looked good, but taste did not meet expectations. We also didn’t like that the hostess offered us to sit at the bar but didn’t even bother to check seat availability prior to offering. Overall, if I return to Stowe I would skip this place."
