"Please put up a sign in the parking lot to direct customers for pickup. I was treated horribly by an employee simply for not knowing where to park for my order. I had to go into the store and find a clerk to let them know I was there, and then I was berated outside by a different employee when they brought me my order for parking in the wrong area."
