Within a few minutes there was conversation between me and a store representative. As a result of our conversation, the young man was at our home by 9am Monday morning to look at the under side of our recliner. It is currently working, but in the future, if we need a replacement loveseat recliner we will definitely shop at this store first. Great customer service!"
