"I’ve been waiting on my new order, that is in stock, since last week. Was told it would be delivered on Monday between 10:00-12:00. Put off plans to wait for my delivery and no one showed. Called at 12:00 pm to see what was going on and was told that they will be here between 1:00-3:00 because there guys were on an other delivery. Which I completely understand but a phone call could have been and I would have had no problem with. But No phone call was made. Very poor customer service and makes me want to reconsider my decision to rent anything with rent a center."

"Honestly would like to give props to the Assistant manger at this location he’s a lot more helpful than the current manager “Josh” we have a broken bed set and told my girlfriend to fix it herself. And told her she can’t get approved for a metal frame but we just got off the phone with the assistant that’s in the store and he told my girlfriend she got approved no problem. So clearly Josh needs to be de-moted or just fired because we pay the bill on time and even pay for the insurance but STILL told us to “fix it” ourselves!"
