"I moved to this area and always like shopping at family dollar for my garbage bags and cleaning items. This family dollar has the worst staff I ever seen in any store.! The female manager has no manners. Every single time I have come into that store she is on her phone FaceTiming. As she checks customers out she continues to have a conversation on her phone. This has happened more then five times now. Today when we went there she was sitting in the middle of an isle with her legs crossed on her phone while another worker was sitting on a step ladder in the middle of the isle. Customers had to ring the bell for service. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere."

"Lots of choices. Great pricing. Friendly and helpful staff ...good location and hours. Update April 2022. Shelves are full. Very best. Lots of choices in every department. Area rug, home goods ,party supplies, .cards for every occasion, children's clothes, garden items, organizing supplies, pets foods- Fully stocked, freezer on entire wall -full ,. Bed and bath supplies, treats, batteries, beauty and self care, so much. What a pleasure.. update 9/2022 good selection + lots of cold items in full wall I'd choices. Hours now limited close at 6 pm for now. Update Dec 2022. Open til 10 pm now. Shelves full, friendly+ helpful good pricing .lots of parking. Rt 3, Cornelia. 10/2023 update. Remodel just finished. Well stocked. ."

"It is too bad I couldn't leave no stars this manager is so rude she thinks it's OK to yell at a customer about leaving a cart ...really you think it is appropriate to yell and embarrass a customer I hope the corporate office or district manager contact me so I can tell them the rest of it ..."

"First time I have been there in a while and now I know why. Good employees are hard to find. I work retail and if our customers were treated with disrespect our associate would be written up. I realize that stocking the shelves is necessary but when a customer ask you to help at the register then you go wait on them with no sarcasm or comments made. This employee (not Amy she was great) needs some re-training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will go to Dollar General the next time....they have customer service!!!"
