"Absolutely disgusted with this company. I signed up for their auto pay authorizing them to charge my card every month on the first. This morning I attempted to make a car payment and my money wasn't all there. Aarons had charged me 3 days earlier than they were supposed to. I called the store and they apologized saying they'd return it before the end of the day. It's now almost 7 pm and my money has yet to come back. I am now late for my car payment. Who's paying the late fees?"
"In my personal opinion after finishing paying off the furnitures that I thought was decent. I am completely dissatisfied. The ONLY THING GOOD I do have to say that the lady that works there is the only thing pleasant about that place. Sadly I told her numerous at times that one of the furnitures that I was purchasing was extremely flawed and if they could come and fix it because one of the things I asked was if something is wrong with it can they ever fix the furniture she said absolutely well they came once and never came again to come and fix it we went in there numerous times every time to make a payment and tell them to come and fix it. They said they would they said they will call us that was a lie they never called us. We decided to finally finish paying off the one last item that we had from them and never turn back and look at that place again. When my husband received a service survey he completed it and proceeded to explain why he wouldn't go back to the store and his experience. Which is entitled to do sadly when you do that and they don't like what you write on there they will call and harass you and get confrontational. They do not call to find out what the problem was and how they could be better in the future for not only us to be able to come back and have a better experience but for other people to not have the same experience like us. In other words they were extremely not professional. They acted like this was high School and want to be competitive on a experience survey that you are entitled to fill out and be honest so that way they could have better skills on how to treat their customers. Not at all they decide to magically find the phone number that they supposedly called us numerous times to come and fix our problem to basically curse out my husband because of the survey. I never stand here and write reviews and when I do is normally to praise the company or to say how they can better themselves. But now I'm doing it even more so people know that if you're going to go and buy furniture from here expect not to be treated properly be ignored and if you fill out a survey be careful because they will call and harass you and get extremely confrontational with you like their children fighting in a playground. I am never ever shopping here again this was an experience that I will definitely be taking with me for the future. And I will be telling everyone who even mentions the store my experience. And I know they're probably going to write the generic messaging under this and I really don't care for it because I am completely disappointed at the fact that they went out their way to call my husband and start a fight good thing that my husband has maturity in him and has been in a professional field for a long time and knows how to handle people like this he hung up.... Disappointed!!!"
