"No respect for younger patients If you are under 50 do expect to actually see or talk to a doctor. They will make an appointment and then not show up, leaving you to talk to an assistant. Even after a failed surgery, no consideration for patient. Even the receptionist will avoid calls, disconnecting you before pickup and disconnect while you are mid-sentence. It took 8 repeated calls to reach someone for a referral to a different practice."

"Make the very far drive to accompany my elderly gram and they state they changed the appointment. No phone call, no text, no email. And to top it off the younger girl at the front desk was a royal douchebag with zero care In the world."

"After dealing with chronic pelvic pain for months and months with no solution from anyone dr Samuel snipes has me on a treatment plan which I believe will heal me. I felt extreme pain and depression before treatment highly recommend this clinic especially for men dealing with pelvic pain. Thank you Dr Snipes you’re a great doctor! His assistant nurse Jamie is also so compassionate and helpful. TYSM and god bless"

"I wish I had read these reviews before making an appointment with this place. Was referred in February and the earliest they could see me was June 28th at 1pm. Ok, I understand that wait. Then 15 minutes before my appointment, I get a phone call saying the Doctor was in the emergency room and they needed to reschedule and the earliest they could see me was sometime in September. Instead of, hey this is on us, let's make the appointment and see if anything comes up earlier, the approach was too bad, this is the earliest we can see you. Needless to say, I cancelled my business with them and will go pretty much anyplace else (after checking the reviews) before I go to manchester urology."

"Re Dr. Dunetz Office- FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: Apparently, LOUSY customer/patient service is accepted by this doctors office. You will NEVER get them on the phone, and will have to email for someone to get back to you. Then when someone does get back to you, SHE is BELLIGERENT, Curt, SNIDE, RUDE! She would not let me answer a question without being absolutely INSULTING. She spoke loudly, like I was deaf when I asked her to repeat herself, laughed at me when I stated the name of the insurance company, wouldn't answer any of my questions, spoke over me, and when I asked if she could stop this behavior and just make an appointment for me, SHE SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN. She Hung Up. I wouldn't refer this mis-run office to anyone treating any living being. Shame on this doctor for allowing this behavior to continue. It is a broken system when this is the only way to register a complaint with this office. (How terribly PATHETIC that the healthcare system has been allowed to become so demeaning and uncaring ... in this case.) Go elsewhere. If you are sick you deserve better."
