"I was sent by my employer to immediate care to get tested for the FLU/COVID. The young girl at registration was the absolute RUDE and she really looks like she hates her job. She was chewing on food while gathering information from me. Whoever is responsible for that department they need to do a better job in training."

"I had an appointment on 10/12 to have my staples removed. Let me say that from all the staff there Jen King, Renee Broze and Amanda Meerani I received TOP NOTCH MEDICAL CARE. If I ever need walk in care again I know where I'll go. These ladies were professional,very caring and compassionate."

"I've gone here for labs on two separate occasions over a year apart. Both times I had a phlebotomist who could not stick me. I think it was the same woman, which is more concerning. How can a phlebotomist not be able to do a basic blood draw? Both times I've had to go somewhere else and they were able to stick me on the first try. Do not go here for labs."

"The person that put my stitches in was wonderful, overall great experience. Getting them removed however, the person did not seem very experienced at her hands were not steady as I would’ve wished. Also, no cleaning or sterilization was used during removal, even though the wound was slightly re-opened."

"Always had good experiences here. Of course, urgent care is not a place where you should have to go often, but when you have kids, it's unavoidable. We go here for pretty much all our urgent care needs and I even recognize some of the staff here. I forgot the names, but the LPN and the NP (Amanda Meerani) that we saw today were excellent.
