"My most recent experience has been a nightmare trying to get a tow for my vehicle. My wife and I, two individuals in their eighties, waited for 3 1/2 hours for a tow truck from AAA and finally had to get a private company to tow our vehicles. We were lied to several times and ignored by this company. I have been a member of AAA for 36 years and cannot believe their complete turnaround. They are completely unreliable and cannot provide the services they offered in the past. I was told by one of their cust. svc. person their wait times for a tow are now in the four hour time range. I , finally had to call a private towing company for a tow. They arrived in 15 minutes and towed my vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM AAA..IT .IS NOT HE COMPANY THEY ONCE WERE!!!!!!"
