Biometric screening appointment with Helena started on time and was finished in 10 min. She was personable and entirely professional. Hoping future visits go as smoothly. Update: Received a text the next day letting me know my results were available online. Site was clear and easy to navigate."

"Not only do they list their times on Google wrong they also list the wrong times on their own website. Nothing like driving all the way over for labs to find out they're really closed on Saturdays. Don't worry when I finally do get my labs done maybe I'll hit them with a bill for the gas they wasted."

"I waited an hour with the waiting room empty of patients for the last 20 minutes. During that time I could hear all the techs talking, and then a lab tech went out to get coffee for all the techs, and no one checked or asked or anything about me. They then took the next 2 person who just walked in. I then complained and they said appointments first. I was willing to wait for everyone, but to be ignored by and establishment for 25 minutes with no one else waiting-Wow was that rude!!!!!! I won’t ever go back"

"For the second time, this location has missed labs that were ordered when I had multiple labs listed on the paperwork from my provider(s) -- this time it was two separate orders from two different providers. So I now have to go back to have additional blood drawn for the panel they missed, which I will do elsewhere and won't be going here anymore. The ease of scheduling an appointment online isn't even worth dealing with the repeated hassle anymore. In addition, I told the gentleman who drew my blood that I need to be laying down as I tend to black out -- a physical reaction some people have. This has never been a problem before, but this time around he said he couldn't take me to the area where the reclining chair was located (a hallway right next to the room we were in), due to construction/remodeling and dismissively said "you'll be fine." I then asked if he could bring the reclining chair into the room and he said no. Terrible experience all around."
