They were helpful and made sure that I was taken care of even though I did not have an appointment and they were already very busy. 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee would not start and had to be towed and need the vehicle for a trip the next week.Nicole kept me updated and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it and had us ready for our trip. Excellent work and excellent care with a personal touch! Even received a military discount on the entire bill vice just pets as many places do! "I purchased a tire to replace a flat. I was quoted a good price and a fee of $35. for mount and balance. The staff was friendly, the facility was fine and the work was completed quickly. The problem was there was a $34 "shop facility" fee added to the bill. I can understand a $4.95 tire disposal fee, but I have never paid $70 to mount 1 tire. The bigger issue is the lack of disclosure of a doubling of my charge: $35 labor and $34 "shop facility". This is a big red flag that would make me not want to get involved in the purchase of a vehicle from them. I want my dealer to be honest and upfront about fees and charges."
