"I wouldn't trust these people. Brought my car in for a diagnosis only and they removed parts without me approving it first. And they didn't even tell me about it when I picked it up. Also wanted $1100 for a $500 part that took an hour to install."

"Not a guy to write reviews frequently but Twisted Wrench will be an exception! Blew out a spark plug on my car in Waterbury, all things considered a frustrating repair for mechanics as it required retapping the spark plug threading (a fairly tedious process). Not only did the shop answer every question that I had regarding my repair, they had it done less than two days after dropping it off, which was about a full-week earlier than I was expecting it. Every single person that I talked to made the usually painful experience of fixing a car engine, much, much easier. While I'm sure there are many great mechanics in the area - I would strongly recommend this one to anyone who's in the market."
