"BE WARNED! This shop does great work, however, if there is imperfections or any type of complaint that you might have,They will blacklist you. Had my car worked on there about a year ago. Work was fantastic, however, on the interior of my car. Specifically on the black leather seats in the front. There was brown adhesive stuck to my seats that I could not get out, and when I. Call them to let them know to see if they could get it out for me. They refused to help. And to this day I still have those stains/adhesive On my seat. I now need more work done on my car and they refuse to do the work All because I simply asked what was on my seat and if they could take it off. That's it."

"I have been to many car shops and mechanics around the world and around the country, and I have never come across such a compassionate, efficient, and professional shop as this one. I had come to Key Collision on the morning after a really terrible night. A group of people had spray painted my camper van while I was inside, and for the rest of that evening, I had felt very unsettled and unsafe. I was exhausted and completely worn down by the time I arrive to this shop on Friday morning. Almost every other shop I had called said they wouldn't be able to do this sort of job until December, and I was only in town for the day. I didn't know anyone in Vermont and felt very alone after what had happened. But that morning, when I came into the shop and showed Chris (the manager there) what had happened, I felt so much less alone in that terrible experience. Even before they had done any work on the car, I felt so much better just being there. They are mechanics with humanity there. More than focusing on removing the paint, they had understood how horrible it felt, and they were incredibly kind throughout it all. It was far more than the held they offered, which was so much in itself. It was the kindness that followed and overpowered the aggression I had experienced. They took my van in for a little over an hour, and when they brought it out I almost couldn't believe it. They had removed all the graffiti that had been painted. It felt as if I was being given my home back, and as if that wasn't already enough, they offered the work they had done as a gift and didn't allow me to pay. I have never had such an experience like this with any repair shop. Everyone there, from those who worked in the office, to the young man who worked on my van, to the manager, are all so kind and warm. I got my home back because of them, and I can't thank them enough for it."
