"Frustrating service. Don’t waste your time at this place. I called to check on availability and I was told the oil change would take 15 to 20 minutes. When I pulled in they confirmed the 20 minute turnaround time. Someone came and talk to me after 45 minutes and said they still hadn’t gotten to my car because of an issue said with another customers car. They told me I could come back and offered no solution to the fact that I waited 45 minutes for no reason. Left without an oil change. Go to Oil and Go and don’t bother wasting your time here."

"They lied. I pointed out politely they forgot to fill my tires (everyone makes mistakes) for winter and they said the cars tire sensor would reset after 20 miles (it’s more like 30 seconds). Then the manager doubled down on this lie. Finally they filled the low tires with no apology. Also they didn’t vacuum or clean the windows. Frankly I don’t even know if they changed my oil or put the right type in if they’re lying about everything else. How would I?"
