"This company was hired to clean out my boyfriend's aunt's apartment after she went through the traumatic experience of a kitchen fire, which lead to significant smoke damage, water damage from the sprinkler system, creating mold and mildew conditions. She was told BELFOR came in and did a "thorough" cleaning and because of that, she was approved to move back in. Only once getting settled, did she begin to smell the mildew and discover soot all around her apartment. These are NOT appropriate living conditions. It's been a full month and BELFOR has NOT returned to finish the job that should have been done properly the first time. They are giving her the runaround, and they were finally schedule to come back to clean the apartment a couple days ago and failed to show up after delaying the appointment time. This behavior is INEXCUSABLE! Take accountability and provide the service you were paid to do. BAD BUSINESS."

"Can’t say anything in regards to the company’s work but one of their drivers is a horrid driver. She(dark haired lady) made a U-turn on a red arrow on busy Amherst Street. Apparently she has more important things to do and being a safe driver isn’t one of them. Nice job lady."
