"Love bringing my toddler here, even not during toddler time. The kids are almost always really respectful and careful of tiny humans. It's such a great way for my kid to blow off steam during these rainy winter days!"
"Brought our toddler here tonight and were advised that we have to buy adult jump passes in order to keep our kid safe. There's no physical way for us to avoid walking on and around the trampolines. We clearly were not jumping.. just keeping our kid safe. No other jump park we've ever been to demanded that.. or claimed we were somehow a liability by touching their equipment merely walking around it. Just trying to juice any money they can out of people. Who is paying $40+ to escort their 2 (almost 3 yo) around the trampoline park? We have a liability waiver filled out so I believe the liability claim to be baseless. We aren't trying to jump for free. I will never come back to this place again. It's worth traveling to a park that is less run down, with workers who actually pay attention instead of sitting on their phones and chit chatting. They are not even currently watching the kids except to complain to us. I am utterly disgusted. I truly do not complain to businesses often and try not to act like a "Karen" but they put me in this position and ruined our whole night. All to squeeze more money out of us. The picture taken shows ZERO workers on the floor. There are at least 4 workers hanging out in the front doing nothing."
"I would give it a zero star if I could. The only positive I can say about altitude is that it helps my foster children get their energy out and they generally have a good time. Today, after signing our child in we were told she was able to bounce. Obviously if staff aren’t doing their job and a 13 year old comes over about to clothesline my two year old daughter, I will be protecting my child whether I paid to be on the equipment or not. I expect staff to prioritize safety and they weren’t. My husband didn’t have a wristband so he wasn’t allowed to block children from taking her out AND BOUNCING ON THE SAME TRAMPOLINE (rule is one per trampoline). My husband was told by the manager “you do not have the proper socks to be on the equipment” while she was standing on the equipment barefoot (which all of her other staff were wearing). When I asked team lead for the managers name, as I didn’t think of it at the time I was taking to her, he refused to give it to me saying “it’s rude to give out others names”. First, if you choose to be the manager, you choose to have your name known. People ask for managers all the time, and it’s not a crime. I didn’t ask for her last name. Second, it’s sketchy that you wouldn’t give out her name. The manager ruined the entire visit for our foster child, as he was so worried about following the rules and not getting yelled at that he wouldn’t bounce any longer. We were there for maybe half the time we paid for because of the staff. It’s very frustrating that we were trying to create a good experience for the children in our care, and this happened. We most likely will not be returning due to safety concerns."
"My daughter and her best friend love to come and jump. They always make new friends and have so much fun. I love that they are getting exercise and not on screens but still having so much fun! Definitely recommend to anyone with kids, especially on those rainy days."
"I went to this place for a child's Birthday party and it's was ok. It was moderately busy. The staff was nice, but I felt that they could have been more in tune with what was happening in the play area. We had an older guest ( 13 & 14 ) get reprimanded for not letting a 7ish year old child in an area. Our guest had just entered the spot before someone's child wanted to use the same area. The little child told an employee and made it look like they got bullied. It was just a child having a tantrum for not getting what they wanted immediately. No one did anything wrong. So in the spirit of good vibes, our guest let the other child play, but got scolded for no good reason. This didn't spoil much, but I felt that if an employee was paying attention, they would have been able to recognize what happened and did something so everyone felt comfortable. Other than that, ( and wishing they had more arcade machines) it was a good time and I would go back again. *** Revised*** I've been back here a couple times now. I lowered my rating because the staff definitely needs better people skills. It seems like if anyone wants to complain about another guest ( whether they did anything wrong or not ) the staff just likes to use their authority to whomever complains first. Although this did not happen to me, but I've seen it done on others, every time I've been here. If this gets addressed, then it would be much better!"
