"This was my first time at a pandora store. And I’m strongly questioning if I will ever go back. At first everything was wonderful, the sales rep was friendly and attentive. We built a beautiful charm bracelet for my sister’s graduation gift. When it came time for me to ask how much it was, things took a turn for the worse. I decided to come back another day with my mother to make sure my sister would like it. The sales rep was very insistent and pushed me to buy it today. The second I said I would come back, the look on the sales rep’s face changed to anger. She immediately turned around started putting everything a way. I thanked her for her help and she said a quick “yup” without even turning around to acknowledge it. Very sour taste in my mouth. I can’t believe a “luxury” jewelry store has such as this that sells at this price point (the bracelet came out to over $450) can have such terrible customer service."

"I bought a pair of hoop earrings and one of them fell out theee times ans I lost it the third time after only having for 2 weeks Also, my Disney bracelet has tarnished really bad and the jewelry cleaner does nothing to help When asked if they stand behind their product and what could they do I was told they don’t cover lost or tarnished items Not happy considering the prices of their jewelry"

"Wendi was excellent. Her customer service was dead on. She was polite, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. She was wearing some of your jewelry and it was helpful to see it on a beautiful model. Pricing is beyond fair. I would recommend this store any time."

"Staff needs to be trained better at social interactions. One staff member was as dumb as bricks. We were looking at the catalog and the worker just came over and took it away saying "Oh sorry, let me take that away for you." I couldn't help, but laugh and just walk out of the store. Other times we've come to the store I feel like the workers are a little too intrusive, we appreciate the help, but there is a line that is crossed where they just become annoying with their promotions."
