"I shopped at Lovisa once about a year ago and purchased about a dozen earrings. I loved the designs and the quality. In the past couple of months, I've gone to the mall 4 times specifically to go to Lovisa and they have been closed each time, despite the fact that I visited during the posted hours of operation. I asked one of the employees at the store next door if they knew when Lovisa would be open again and she said that they basically open and close when they feel like it and they aren't consistent. Its very disappointing because I love the product but they have lost my business moving forward due to inconsistency."

Unfortunately due to the mall management being terrible I will not return to the physical store in the future. I will certainly consider buying online for my next event."

The prices are great, probably the only place to get a deal in the mall. The people working are always friendly. The jewelry here also lasts despite the great prices. Love love love"
